01 Our Commitment to IP Rights
Vibeads Digital Private Limited respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects everyone who uses FundayTV to do the same. This policy explains how content is protected and how to report suspected infringement.
02 Ownership of Content
All content available on FundayTV — including FundayTV Originals, licensed titles, artwork, trailers and the app/website itself — is owned by Vibeads Digital Private Limited or licensed to us by content owners, and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.
03 Permitted Use
Your subscription grants a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable right to stream content within the app. You may not copy, download outside of the app's offline-viewing feature, redistribute, publicly screen, broadcast, sublicense or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
04 Copyright Infringement Notices
If you believe content on FundayTV infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) including:
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- the exact location (title/URL) of the allegedly infringing material on our Service;
- your contact information (name, address, email, phone);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you're authorised to act on behalf of the rights owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We'll review valid notices and may remove or disable access to the reported material.
05 Counter-Notification
If you believe content you posted or that's attributed to you was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was in error. We'll evaluate counter-notifications consistent with applicable law.
06 Repeat Infringers
Accounts found to be repeat infringers — whether through unauthorised redistribution of content or repeated unfounded claims — may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
