01 Overview

This policy explains how subscription billing, cancellations and refunds work on FundayTV. It applies to subscriptions purchased directly through our website; purchases made through an app store (Apple App Store / Google Play) are also subject to that store's own refund rules.

02 Subscription Plans & Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose) and renew automatically until cancelled. Your renewal date and price are shown in your account's billing section.

03 Free Trials

If you sign up for a free trial, you won't be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Trials are limited to one per person/payment method unless stated otherwise.

04 Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime from Account > Subscription in the app or website. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you'll keep access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period — we don't pro-rate the remaining days of an already-paid cycle.

05 Refund Eligibility

As a general rule, payments already made for a billing period are non-refundable once that period has started, since you're granted access to the full catalogue for that period. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit in cases such as:

  • a duplicate or accidental charge;
  • a verified technical fault that prevented you from using the Service for a significant part of the billing period;
  • where required by applicable consumer-protection law in your country.

06 How Refunds Are Processed

To request a refund, contact billing@vibeadsdigital.com with your account email and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

07 Failed Payments & Auto-Renewal

If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry it and may temporarily restrict access until payment succeeds. If payment continues to fail after a reasonable number of attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled automatically.

08 Changes to Plans & Pricing

We may change plan pricing or features over time. If a change affects your current plan, we'll notify you in advance so you can decide whether to continue, switch plans, or cancel before the new price applies.
