01 Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FundayTV's websites, applications and streaming services (together, the "Service"), operated by Vibeads Digital Private Limited ("FundayTV", "we", "us").
By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
02 About FundayTV
FundayTV is an OTT (over-the-top) streaming platform that offers movies, shows, originals and related content for personal, non-commercial entertainment, available on the web and through our Android and iOS apps.
03 Eligibility & Your Account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create a FundayTV account. If you are younger, you may use the Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at support@vibeadsdigital.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
04 Subscriptions, Billing & Free Trials
Some parts of the Service require a paid subscription. Plan names, pricing, included features and supported devices are described on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- We may offer free or discounted trial periods; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, it converts into a paid subscription automatically.
- Prices may change from time to time. We'll give you reasonable advance notice before a price change applies to your next billing cycle.

05 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. In particular, you agree not to:
- share your account or login credentials beyond what your plan permits;
- copy, record, download, redistribute, broadcast or publicly perform any content from the Service, except where a download is explicitly offered for offline viewing within the app;
- circumvent any content protection, geographic restriction or rate-limiting technology;
- use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service;
- upload or transmit anything unlawful, infringing, defamatory or harmful while using interactive features such as reviews or comments.
06 Content & Intellectual Property
FundayTV, our logo, app and all original content, user interfaces and underlying software are owned by Vibeads Digital Private Limited or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Licensed third-party titles remain the property of their respective owners.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and stream content for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted. See our Copyright Policy for how we handle infringement claims.
07 Devices & Availability
The Service and individual titles may not be available in every region, on every device, or at every video quality, due to licensing, bandwidth or technical constraints. Catalogue availability can change over time as licences expire or are renewed.
08 Third-Party Services & Links
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites, payment processors or platforms (such as app stores) that we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices — please review their terms separately.
09 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including interruptions, content errors, or loss of data.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence.
10 Termination & Suspension
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law, generally with notice where reasonably possible.
11 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements. We'll post the revised Terms here with an updated "Last updated" date, and where changes are material, we'll let you know in advance through the app or by email.
12 Governing Law & Disputes
