This Privacy Policy explains what personal information FundayTV (operated by Vibeads Digital Private Limited) collects when you use our Service, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and our Android and iOS apps.

- Account information — name, email address, password (stored securely, never in plain text) and billing details when you subscribe.
- Usage data — titles you watch, watch time, search queries, ratings and device/app interactions, used to run and improve the Service.
- Device & technical data — IP address, device type, operating system, app version and approximate location (derived from IP), used for security, performance and content licensing checks.
- Payment data— handled by our payment processors; we don't store full card numbers on our own servers.
- Information you provide — anything you submit through support requests, reviews, comments or the contact form.
03 How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- create and maintain your account and process subscription payments;
- deliver, personalise and recommend content, and remember playback progress;
- operate, secure and troubleshoot the Service, including preventing fraud and abuse;
- communicate with you about your account, billing, and (where you've opted in) product updates;
- understand aggregate usage trends to improve our catalogue and app experience.
06 Data Retention
We retain account and usage information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your data as described below.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@vibeadsdigital.com; we'll verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
You can also manage many preferences — such as notification settings and connected devices — directly within your account settings.
08 Children's Privacy
FundayTV is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country), and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
09 Data Security
We use technical and organisational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls and regular security reviews — designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
10 International Data Transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by applicable law.
